Laura Johnson
In addition to skin rejuvenation, I perform sclerotherapy to eliminate spider veins and provide laser hair removal services.
While I am passionate about the clinical aspects of my work, Dr. McKenna’s supportive style and oversight-along with our warm, friendly, and highly skilled staff-are major reasons I value my role here. The longevity of my tenure is truly a testament to how rewarding it is to work for Dr. McKenna and to serve our patients.
Introduction
I first met Dr. McKenna in 1987 at Good Samaritan Hospital, where he was a resident and I was a new floor nurse. Our early professional connection eventually led me to join his office in 2007, and I have enjoyed working here part-time ever since.
I have been a registered nurse for more than 39 years and currently specialize in skin care and skin rejuvenation. My work includes performing multiple levels of chemical peels, advanced skin-renewal treatments, and both traditional and radiofrequency (RF) microneedling, for which I hold advanced certifications. I place a strong emphasis on effective skincare product use and enjoy helping patients understand how their products work so they can achieve the best possible results.
